Do you want to take us on board for the development and design of new ideas? No problem, because we see ourselves in particular as an engineering services company. Our engineers in Germany, Hong Kong and the People’s Republic of China receive regular training on the very latest 3D design programs and applications.
Within a very short time (24 hours) we will also be pleased to create a 3D model of your component in ABS, one or more colours, in state-of-the-art 3D printing technology for visualisation, communication and functional tests with greater flexibility than ever before. Our 3D printer is ready for you to use at the Iserlohn site!
As a matter of principle, we create 3D models for the design and optimisation of complicated geometries before the award of the contract in China in order to be able to present tool concepts with the highest levels of efficiency and service life.
For complex and innovative development tasks we also make use of our global development and construction design networks.

We at novia understand quality management to be a holistic approach to all processes.
This begins with the first contact with customers or product discussion and runs throughout the entire process – from development to delivery. Ensuring the required quality is our main priority. From the start of production to shipping, the entire value-added chain is subject to highly-skilled monitoring.

The manufacturing and final inspection at our – exclusively certified – partners and suppliers is carried out by our own novia employees. Regular audits by our German and Chinese employees assure not only the latest quality, but also result in a continuous improvement process.

We plan the material requirements of your warehouse
To offer you the highest level of supply capability, we can of course also keep available a warehouse for you in Iserlohn, from where you can then plan your material requirements as required.
Modern electronic order processing (“e-ordering”/SMI): We plan your material requirements from your warehouse.
Order picking and packaging: We put together component assemblies for you, for example. Lot sizes according to your requirements (SMI): We take over the warehouse logistics.
